SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT — GATO
This Subscriber Agreement governs the relationship between Alerta Lab LLC ("GATO") and you ("Subscriber") regarding your paid subscription to GATO. This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Commitment
- Pay the applicable fee on the selected recurring schedule
- Maintain valid payment information on file at all times
- Use the Platform in accordance with the Terms of Service
- Ensure all users under your account comply with these terms
2. Account Users and Seats
- Basic Plan: Single location, limited seat allocation
- Pro Plan: Multiple locations, expanded seats with staff role management
- Enterprise Plan: Custom seat allocation per enterprise agreement
You are responsible for all activities conducted by users under your account.
3. Data Ownership and Export
You retain full ownership of all business data. You may export your data at any time while active. Upon termination, data is available for export for 30 days.
4. Platform Updates
- Features may be added, modified, or removed as part of product development
- GATO will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
- Some updates may require brief maintenance windows
5. Support
All subscribers have email support at hello@alertacreative.com. Pro and Enterprise subscribers receive priority response. Onboarding assistance available for all plans via demo at calendly.com/johanngamez/15min.
6. Confidentiality
GATO treats your business data as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Multi-Location Terms
- Each location managed from a single dashboard
- Data can be segmented per location
- Subscriber assumes responsibility for compliance across all locations
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and GATO.
