USER TERMS & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY — GATO
These User Terms apply to all individuals who access GATO under a Subscriber account, including restaurant owners, managers, chefs, and staff.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
Every person accessing GATO under any account. The account owner (Subscriber) is responsible for ensuring all Users comply with these terms.
2. Permitted Use
- Manage inventory, menus, orders, and kitchen operations
- Access analytics and reports relevant to your role
- Communicate with distributors and suppliers through Platform features
- Train authorized staff on Platform usage
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Use GATO for purposes unrelated to restaurant operations
- Input false, misleading, or fraudulent data
- Attempt to access features beyond your role permissions
- Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm any party
- Copy or distribute Platform content without authorization
- Interfere with Platform servers or security systems
- Use automated bots or scripts to access or scrape data
4. Role-Based Access
Use the Platform only within your assigned role scope. Do not attempt to access functionality beyond your permissions. Notify the account owner of any security concern.
5. Data Integrity
Enter accurate, complete, and current information into GATO. False inventory, sales, or supplier data undermines operations and may harm the Subscriber's business.
6. Confidentiality of Business Data
Business data accessed through GATO is confidential to the Subscriber. Do not disclose, copy, or misuse this data outside of your role or after leaving the organization.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
- Suspension or termination of individual user access
- Suspension or termination of the Subscriber's account
- Legal action where conduct violates applicable law
